Common Ground Level
- Set up 24/7 site security
- Baseline environmental monitoring underway
- Completed site setup / welfare and offices within designated compound ares
- Progressive erection of site perimeter hoarding
- Erection and modification to existing access gates for pedestrian and vehicles
- Installation of demolition tower crane
- Isolation and disconnection of existing services within building line
Tower Block
- Commenced erection of the encapsulated demolition scaffold including Victoria Block
- Refurbishment and demolition asbestos survey ongoing
- Commenced pre-asbestos soft strip
- Commenced removal of asbestos and other hazardous materials
