The forum has been created to maintain contact with key local stakeholders throughout the lifetime of the project to ensure they understand the conditions and have a forum for discussing how best to uphold these
The forum is an informal advisory body run for local stakeholders holding regular meetings on a monthly or quarterly basis. The forum allows for feedback to have its minutes circulated on the website and through contacting the freephone number.
