Representing The Broadway and Chelsea Barracks Phase 4 respectively, Luciana Campos and Andrea Buckle from Multiplex attended the Westminster Jobs Fair 2019 on Wednesday, 1^st May. Speaking face-to-face with hundreds of candidates from Westminster area, our Social Value & Community Managers had the opportunity to discuss the upcoming roles on the sites with potential candidates.

Luciana and Andrea, together with Westminster job coaches, advised candidates on applications and interviews, and information on training to get them job-ready.

This careers fair was hosted by Westminster City Council, Jobcentre Plus, United Colleges Group and the Heart of London Business Alliance. Many jobs available from more than 30 employers from sectors including construction, hospitality and retail were there, offering details of their current vacancies and how they can help jobseekers build their career.

We made useful contacts which may lead to employment. It was a well organised event and a good attendance and flow of people of all ages and different backgrounds. In overall, a diverse range of candidates with relevant experience and some very positive interest.
