Dear stakeholders,

We hope you are well and safe.

The safety of our staff and workforce in our site as well as the safety of the businesses and pedestrians is very important to us.

In order to maintain a safe environment for all of us to work, it is necessary that we practice our emergency and crisis response plans by having drills designed to exercise our procedures.

Due to the current national climate that we live in, we have decided to conduct a fire drill.

This letter is to inform you that The Broadway/Multiplex staff and the workforce of our contractors will be performing on Friday, 31st July 2020 a fire emergency evacuation at 1300hrs.

During a “Fire Evacuation Drill”, all workers will safely disperse off site, at the conclusion of the drill, all workers will arrive back to the project after 20 minutes. This is a Fire Code requirement as well as a requirement for all construction sites, by practicing they will know what to do and how to do it.

We would like to remember that these safety practice drills are done to help maintain our workers and project as a safe place to work.

If you have any questions regarding The Broadway Fire Emergency Drill or other safety concerns, please contact The Broadway Senior Health and Safety Manager Jimmy on James.Quinn@multiplex.global or our Social Value & Community Manager Luciana Campos.

Many thanks.

Kind regards,

Luciana Campos
