Multiplex has been appointed as main contractor for the construction of The Broadway – Northacre’s landmark transformation of 10 Broadway in Westminster.

We are writing to inform you in advance that we are renewing the current consent of the closure of Dacre Street within approved planning permission. Reference number: 19/05792/HLTTO.

The closure is starting from 01^st June 2022 and is planned between 10am – 6pm, Monday to Friday until 31^st July 2022.

The road will be fully closed to vehicles. Access will be maintained for emergency services and requests notified in advance to businesses that are served by Dacre Street. Failing that, we would highly recommend deliveries to be arranged between 8am-10am.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times via a diversion of the existing pathway. Diversion notices will be put in place.

We will use signage, turtle gate barriers and traffic marshals to allow access to pedestrian to businesses and properties.

We are working together to ensure there is minimal inconvenience to residents and the local community with adequate vehicular directional signage.
